After tiff with wife, UP man kills 17-day-old daughter, surrenders before police
A man in Varanasi, following a quarrel with his wife on the way to the hospital, strangled their 17-day-old daughter and brought her body to the police station. The man, Ramrati Kharwar, was arrested, and the body was sent for a postmortem examination.
