At least 8 killed, several feared trapped in Maharashtra ordnance factory explosion
In Maharashtra's Bhandara district, a blast at an Ordnance factory has resulted in one fatality, with ten others feared trapped. Rescue operations are ongoing, with medical and firefighting teams on-site. Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis confirmed that five workers have been rescued and additional assistance is being provided. The cause of the explosion is under investigation.
