BJD dissolves state-level wings ahead of organisational polls after 2024 setback
The BJD dissolved its state-level frontal organisations following the 2024 electoral setback. Senior leader Pratap Keshari Deb has been reappointed as the state returning officer. Four phases of organisational elections are planned, starting at the grassroots level, leading up to the state level. The process is set to be completed within three months.
