The new Cooper S JCW is powered by the same 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine as the standard Cooper but has been tuned to deliver 231hp and 380Nm of torque—an increase of 27hp and 80Nm compared to the regular model. It comes paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission which sends power to front wheels.
