Can't block religious place due to opposition by another group: Kerala high court
The Kerala high court ruled that opposition from other groups shouldn't prevent the establishment of religious places in a democratic nation. The court made this decision while reviewing a Kozhikode collector's order that denied permission to operate a Muslim prayer hall due to opposition from people of other faiths.
