Chikkamagaluru authorities mandate formation of internal complaints committees for women's safety at work
Deputy Commissioner CN Meena Nagaraj has directed officials to form internal complaints committees to enforce the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013, at workplaces with more than ten female staff members. The DC emphasized strict actions against non-compliance and urged women to report harassment incidents.
