Delhi court grants time to CM Atishi to submit arguments in defamation case filed by BJP leader
A Delhi court has given Delhi chief minister Atishi until November 22 to respond in a defamation case. BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor filed the case. Kapoor claims Atishi's statements about the BJP attempting to buy AAP MLAs damaged his reputation. Atishi challenged the summons issued to her in May. The court granted her bail in July.
