Fake guruji gives ‘doubling blessing’ online, cons Bengaluru woman of Rs 13 lakh
A 38-year-old woman in Bengaluru was tricked into transferring Rs 13 lakh to fraudsters posing as online 'gurujis'. Enticed by promises of divine stock market blessings, she fell victim to repeated financial demands for various 'pujas'. The police have registered the case and are investigating the transactions.
