Fake Health ministry official dupes people of Rs 15 crore in Covid vaccine scam
The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Delhi Police arrested Prafulla Kumar Nayak for allegedly impersonating a Ministry of Health officer and defrauding people of Rs 15 crore by promising vaccine transport work orders. Nayak, who was a travel agent and had been on the run, was apprehended on January 21, 2025.
