Jeweller thwacks robbers with bamboo, all 3 run off in Maharashtra
Jeweller Jalaram Devasi thwarted an armed robbery at his store in Kandivali using a bamboo stick, forcing the robbers to flee. Two masked men entered the store, one with a knife and the other with a revolver, but Devasi fought back. Police are examining neighbourhood CCTV footage to identify the robbers. A case of attempted robbery has been filed.
