Tarikul Islam, an alleged JMB terrorist, proposed crowd-funding to help Ansarullah Bangla Team members obtain Indian documents and safe passage. Donations intended for educational institutes and village fairs were partly diverted for extremists' stay and fake ID creation. Tarikul's wife allegedly facilitated terrorists and managed substantial funds.
