Jogeshwari terminus to open by September; Western Railway plans to start Tejas, Vande Bharat from station
Western Railway (WR) has made 40% progress on the Jogeshwari Terminus project, expected to open by September, to alleviate congestion at Dadar, Mumbai Central, and Bandra Terminus. The new terminus will feature a 600-meter island platform for two trains and plans to shift 12 train services from the current termini, with new services to increase capacity.
