Man, 75, beats alcoholic son to death with beer bottle, rod in Chennai
A 75-year-old man, Dakshinamoorthy, fatally struck his 38-year-old son, Kumaran, with a beer bottle and an iron rod during an argument over the son's alcohol addiction. Kumaran, who had separated from his wife, resided with his father in Ambal Nagar. Following the incident, Dakshinamoorthy contacted his daughter, who alerted the authorities. Police are currently investigating the incident.
