Man arrested for defrauding women through matrimonial website, collecting Rs 26 lakh in Karnataka
A 31-year-old man, M Madhu, was arrested in Davanagere for allegedly defrauding women he met on a matrimonial website. He would promise them jobs and then disappear after receiving large sums of money. Police investigations revealed that he had cheated multiple women across various locations, amassing a significant amount of money.
