Man gets 3-year imprisonment for sexually harassing teenage girl in Thane
A 51-year-old man in Thane has been sentenced to three years' rigorous imprisonment for sexually harassing a minor girl in 2019. The special POCSO judge emphasized the importance of reporting such incidents to raise societal awareness and deter potential offenders. The accused was also fined Rs 20,000, which will be given to the victim as compensation.
