Man smuggles foreign cash worth Rs 1.35 crore, held at Delhi airport
Customs officials at IGI Airport, New Delhi, have arrested a 26-year-old man from Uttar Pradesh for attempting to smuggle foreign currency worth Rs 1.35 crore. The money was hidden in his baggage as he planned to travel to Ras Al Khaimah via Hyderabad. The passenger was intercepted based on intelligence input and has admitted to the offense.
