Mangaluru city corporation to establish new material recovery facility for dry waste management
Mangaluru City Corporation is constructing a Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Pacchanady to process 109 tons of dry waste daily. The facility, funded by the Swaccha Bharat Mission 2.0, will be operational by February next year and aims to improve the city's waste management system by enabling efficient segregation and recycling of dry waste.
