MCA graduate held for toll plaza scam across 14 states over 2 years
Alok Kumar Singh, a 35-year-old software developer, was arrested by UP STF for masterminding a toll tax fraud spanning across 42 toll plazas in 14 states, causing significant daily losses to NHAI. Singh developed illicit software diverting toll collections to private accounts, with the help of collaborators. The operation was uncovered after a detailed investigation.
