Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, a 33-year-old undocumented migrant, has been accused of setting a woman on fire in a NYC subway. The victim, who had mobility issues, died from thermal injuries and smoke inhalation. Zapeta-Calil, found intoxicated and with no memory of the incident, was identified through images and arrested eight hours later.
