Pune traffic police shorten wrong-side driving vehicle confiscation period from 6 months to 6 days
The Pune city traffic police have reduced the vehicle confiscation period for wrong-side driving from six months to six days due to a shortage of space. The police had initially implemented the six-month rule as a deterrent, but the large number of impounded vehicles, approximately 200 per day per traffic division, has forced them to reconsider.
