Aniksha Devi, a clerk at the Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA), was arrested for accepting a Rs 1500 bribe via Google Pay. The arrest followed an investigation based on a complaint about her demands for additional payment to issue a NOC for plot sale.
