R G Kar rape-murder case: Supreme Court adjourns suo motu hearing till January 29
The Supreme Court postponed the suo motu case on the safety of medical professionals following the RG Kar Medical College rape and murder to January 29. West Bengal is seeking the death penalty for Sanjay Roy, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the crime.
