Telugu Cinema saw the release of three major films within days, with Venkatesh’s Sankranthiki Vasthunam emerging as the top performer. The film, released during Pongal, crossed Rs 100 crore within six days, achieving Venkatesh's biggest opening. In North America, it minted over US $2.2 million, entering the profit zone early for distributors.
