Thane MP directs civic body to resolve civic woes faced by Waghbil, GB road residents
Thane MP Naresh Mhaske held a meeting with civic authorities over heavy traffic congestion on Ghodbunder highway and internal roads, caused by freight vehicles and damaged roads. Deputy CM Eknath Shinde proposed dedicated truck terminals to divert traffic during peak hours, while authorities were instructed to repair damaged roads and address resident concerns like scarce water supply and illegal hawkers.
