TMC to supply 8 lakh litres treated water to Thane Borivali tunnel construction works
The Thane municipal corporation is tasked with providing eight lakh litres of treated water daily for the Thane-Borivali twin-tunnel road project, which involves significant mountain drilling. The water will be sourced from sewage treatment plants, and transportation challenges are anticipated due to the large volume and required tanker trips.
