US lawmakers introduce resolution to designate January as Tamil language and heritage month
Fifteen lawmakers, led by Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, have introduced a resolution to designate January as Tamil language and heritage month. Tamil-American community contributions are to be recognized. The resolution has strong support from various Tamil-American organizations and co-sponsors.
