A violent mob vandalised and set fire to the Jatiya Party's central office in Dhaka after clashes erupted during a torch procession. Protesters condemned the Jatiya Party's ties with the Awami League. Police and army were deployed as the fire was contained. No immediate comment from the Jatiya Party.
