Former Labour MP Ivor Caplin, who represented Hove, has been arrested in Brighton after being caught in a sting operation by citizen pedophile hunters. This followed the recent criticism of tech billionaire Elon Musk by Caplin. Caplin made his mark in British politics in 1997, when he was elected as the Member of parliament for Hove. He served in parliament until 2005.
