Woman, paramour held for branding kids with hot iron in Bhubaneswar
A woman and her paramour were arrested in Bhubaneswar for allegedly branding her two children with a hot iron rod. The children, aged 11 and 14, had opposed their mother's extramarital relationship. The couple, Sumitra Mohapatra and Raju Nayak, were booked on multiple charges, including attempted murder and criminal intimidation. The children are reported to be in stable condition.
