Woman special sub-inspector (SSI) dies in road accident in Tamil Nadu
A woman sub-inspector, S Krishnaveni, 51, from the Valparai all-woman police station, was killed in a road accident on Thursday after a speeding bike collided with her scooter. The accident occurred on the Kottur-Angalakurichi road. Chief minister M K Stalin has announced a ₹25 lakh solatium for her family.
