‘Floor-collected, broken noodles used to make bhujia': What FSSAI found at Wai-Wai's Rajasthan unit
India's food regulator FSSAI has ordered CG Foods India to stop producing veg bhujia. This action follows an inspection revealing hygiene issues and unlicensed manufacturing practices. The authority found floor-collected noodles being re-processed without proper heat treatment. They also identified predated packaging and seized over 32,000 kg of stock. Strict legal proceedings have been initiated against the company for these violations.
