He faces allegations of sexually exploiting a woman by promising marriage and assuming wife-like privileges. The complainant communicated with Gurjar through Instagram in 2021, leading to a romantic involvement. Despite being married, Gurjar made recurrent commitments to marry her. Following his arrest, he was placed under 14-day judicial remand.
