138 H1N1 cases in 24 hours in Delhi; hospitals told to carve out isolation beds

Delhi hospitals are preparing for increased H1N1 and seasonal flu cases. Health Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh reviewed preparedness and directed isolation bed availability. Hospitals must maintain round-the-clock medical staff and dedicated flu corners. Adequate supplies of testing materials and essential medicines are mandated.
