1887 winery hidden for decades now part of $35M Napa estate
A 151-acre Napa Valley vineyard property is now for sale at thirty-five million dollars. This historic estate features a restored 1887 stone winery and about twenty-five acres of vineyards. The property includes a recently built main house and a private lake with a small cabin. Artist Matt Rogers is selling the land his father purchased years ago. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia previously considered buying this unique Napa Valley property.
