3 dead, 9 hospitalised after gas leak, blast at fertiliser plant in Maharashtra
A reactor explosion at Myanmar Chemical Company in Sangli district, India, released ammonia gas, killing three people and hospitalizing nine others. Two female workers and a security guard died from exposure, while seven remain hospitalized, five in critical condition. An investigation into the cause of the blast is underway.
