4 arrested for assault
Four men were arrested in Ganjam district for allegedly assaulting a woman, her son, and his friends on suspicion of theft. The accused reportedly dragged the victims from their home, assaulted them, and tied them to electric poles. The woman lodged an FIR after being rescued by other villagers.
