50 Amrit Bharat trains set to roll out, Pamban Bridge clears safety hurdle: Union Railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw
Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw revealed that 50 new Amrit Bharat 2.0 trains, outfitted with advanced features, will be produced in the next two years. These trains aim to offer affordable and enhanced travel for low- and lower-middle-income families. Vaishnaw also addressed safety concerns surrounding the new Pamban bridge, confirming its unique design was cleared by the CRS.
