76L so far: 10% of voters deleted from Bengal rolls with two more lists left
Bengal's voter count has seen a significant drop of nearly 10%, with over 75.7 lakh names deleted. This number is expected to decrease further as around 24 lakh 'under-adjudication' cases are still pending. The final voter count is projected to settle around 6.8 crore, with appellate tribunals yet to commence functioning.
