82-year-old dies after speeding bus hits her
Tragedy struck Chengalpet as an 82-year-old woman, Kathima Bi, lost her life after being struck by a speeding private bus at the new bus stand. She had been visiting her sister and was en route home when the fatal accident occurred. Despite prompt medical attention, she was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.
