97% biometric enrolment of Myanmar refugees done: Mizoram
Mizoram marked a biometric enrolment milestone for Myanmar refugees, achieving 97.25% coverage with 27,574 individuals registered. By comparison, biometric registration for Bangladesh refugees from the Chittagong hill tracts stands at 21.23%, with 501 enrollees. State home department officials released the figures on Sunday.
