A $295 million Malibu mansion by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando was quietly on the market when Kanye West came unannounced
Kanye West made an unplanned visit to a stunning Malibu mansion crafted by Tadao Ando, spending four days there. He secured a stay without prior arrangement, likening his presence to that of Elvis Presley. Meanwhile, the estate was later sold to Jay-Z and Beyoncé, breaking sales records. West's personal Ando-designed property, however, is grappling with legal and financial troubles, leaving its future uncertain due to ongoing foreclosure issues.
