Andhra Pradesh, Telangana applicants bagged 56% of US student visas issued in India in 2023
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana played a significant role in India surpassing China as the top source of international students in the US for the 2023-24 academic year. The two states contributed to nearly 56% of the total Indian student enrollment in US universities, according to the US Consulate in Hyderabad.
