Animal cruelty in Telangana: ‘300 stray dogs’ killed with lethal injections; 9 booked, including sarpanches
Police have filed cases against nine individuals, including two village sarpanches, in Hanumakonda district for allegedly killing approximately 300 stray dogs with lethal injections. The incident, which occurred between January 6 and 8, was reported by an NGO after buried carcasses were discovered.
