Asked not to use tap water, Bengaluru PG owner beaten to death; 2 drunk students arrested
A dispute over using tap water for washing legs at a Bengaluru PG accommodation turned fatal. Owner Madhav Metli was beaten to death by two students, Rakesh and Don Brite Son, after he confronted them for unauthorized use of water. The argument escalated into a violent clash, resulting in Metli's death. Police apprehended the accused within nine hours.
