At 8.9°C, Pune colder than J&K’s Katra and Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala
Pune shivered in unusually cold November mornings. Temperatures dropped to single digits, matching those in north India. NDA recorded 8.9°C, colder than Delhi and Amritsar. Shivajinagar reached 9.9°C. Cold, dry northerly winds and low moisture caused the chill. A deep depression over the Bay of Bengal is expected to bring warmer weather soon.
