BDA signs pact with S’pore firm for new city’s master plan
Bhubaneswar Development Authority has partnered with Singapore-based Surbana Jurong to create a master plan for a new city spanning 800 acres. This ambitious project aims to establish a multi-economic growth zone with transit-oriented development, affordable housing, and state-of-the-art infrastructure, fostering inclusive growth and planned urban expansion for the capital.
