Behbal Kalan firing case: SIT summons former BJP chief Vijay Sampla and others; asked to appear before court tomorrow
A Special Investigation Team probing the 2015 Behbal Kalan firing cases has summoned former Punjab BJP chief Vijay Sampla, retired IAS officer Gagandeep Singh Brar, and ex-Faridkot DC Malwinder Singh Jaggi for questioning. Sampla cited a prior commitment with BJP national president Nitin Nabin's Punjab visit and requested a new date. The SIT's move follows recent questioning of former Akal Takht jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh.
