Best paper announced at IEEE international conference on computing theory and wireless communications
Pune hosted the IEEE International Conference on Computing, Communication and Web Technologies (CCWC 2026), where two best papers were honored among 3,434 submissions with 266 accepted. Sudhir Vishnubhatla’s work proposed a compliance-native AI governance architecture integrating policy, controls and evidence. Another paper detailed Quantum Computing as a Service architectures and trade-offs for hybrid systems. Both studies offer practical blueprints for regulated AI ecosystems and enterprise quantum adoption, emphasizing engineering rigor, scalability and real-world applicability today.
