Bombay HC dismisses Rahul Gandhi’s plea against summons over ‘commander-in-thief’ remarks against PM Modi

The Bombay High Court has refused to quash summons issued to Rahul Gandhi. This defamation complaint stems from his "commander-in-thief" remarks about Prime Minister Modi. The court found no illegality in the magistrate's order to issue process. Proceedings before the magistrate are now deferred for six weeks. This allows Gandhi time to approach the Supreme Court for further relief.
