Bombay high court allows release of 200kg Ketamine worth Rs 72 lakh seized from pharma firm
The Bombay high court has permitted the provisional release of 200kg of Ketamine Hydrochloride seized from Supriya Lifescience. This decision came after considering the technical delay in obtaining a fresh export authorisation. Customs had initially rejected the request, citing an expired authorisation during the shipment process. The overseas buyer obtained a new Import Certificate while the company arranged for updated export documents.
